Operational Communication Manager (m/w/d), Vienna
To support our ambitious growth and the implementation of our new brand identity, we are looking for an execution-driven Operational Communication Manager to join our Group Marketing team at our headquarters in Vienna.

Your mission:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for bringing our communication strategy to life across external channels. This is a hands-on role for a true “doer”: someone who enjoys transforming strategy and plans into concrete, high-quality deliverables: content, tools and brand experiences that are consistent, impactful and perfectly executed.

Your main tasks include:
• Executing the Group communication roadmap and brand platform
• Producing and coordinating content across media and formats (editorial, print, PR, sales tools)
• Managing agencies and partners
• Supporting product, innovation and sustainability communication
• Ensuring brand consistency, tone of voice and visual excellence across all touchpoints
• Building relationships with international trade and design/packaging media
Your profil:
• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate and brand communication, ideally in an industrial, premium or luxury environment
• International background or experience working in multicultural environments
• Bilingual English & German (mandatory), excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Strong aesthetic sensitivity and high standards for quality
• Proven ability to manage agencies
• Structured, reliable, proactive and execution-oriented with a collaborative mindset
